Avoid this person as a builder. We were very excited to have a home built by Mr. McKinley in Hall County. We signed our contract in January and anticipated the build to be completed in May. We would visit the site on the weekend only to find the slab had been completed and he was just waiting for the county to approve “one more thing”. We did not get timely updates on the progress and I had to research online to understand the variance he applied for on several homes as the lot sizes were not done appropriately.
