Steer clear of this realtor, and agent Debbie Hyde. My business partner and I concluded a commercial sale last month that ended up costing us over $9000 more due to our agents negligence in her judiciary duties. To add insult to injury, she accepted no responsibility for this, and was only interested in the commission. Find some other realtor, or better yet, a realty lawyer. Good Luck!
