Mary Ann Yoder is wonderful! If I could give her more stars I would. She went above and beyond any expectations I had for a realtor. She called various city and county agencies to gather information, helped line up home insurance for me, always responded super fast to any questions I had, and due to my limited schedule, worked some pretty long hours to make sure I could see all the properties I was interested in.
