I can heartily recommend Brian for your realty needs. I needed to sell my late sister’s house from two states away, and Brian really came through. He did not hesitate to “roll up his sleeves” preparing the property and arranging for whatever needed to be done to market the house. The result was a very timely sale, without the property sitting on the market for a long period of time.
