Zero stars should be an option. Russ Rougeau = Worst realtor ever. First contacted him in January 2015 to sell my oceanfront condo. By July, there had been two open houses maybe three requests for showings (and that is being generous). Granted, he took it off the market for a few months when it became clear that the current tenant who was interested in buying the unit could not obtain financing.
