Madison, Zach and team were with us every step of the way! When we ran into an issue with a hail storm they were right there helping as if it was their issue. They were responsive to all my questions from how to approach offers to how to handle the damage from the hail storm. We are 110% glad we chose to work with Madison and will be judging all other future realtors to the high standards they all brought to the table!
They made my husband and I drive thirty miles to make sure we understood the buying process. They went through all their paperwork saying how great they are...blah...blah...blah. The next day we looked at the house and at that point the realtor mentioned that the current tenants had new leases and they would have to be honored if we purchased the property.
