Mike Weller and Shannon Stella represented me recently to help me sell my home. They were a great team. They helped me understand the market and the value of my home. When the home was listed, they were available to host showings and provide feedback from the potential buyers. I was very fortunate that I did have a buyer for the home. Mike and Shannon did a great job of managing communication between the buyers and I. I highly recommend them!
Absolutely not here. I bought a house through them last summer, and I'm currently preparing for a lawsuit. Especially avoid Jackie Yu and John (last name) Lee, regardless of whether they are the seller's agent or the buyer's agent.

Stress and more stress due to poor communication and mishandling of a termite report not given on a timely basis. Plus, not following our instruction even during the initial interview. Both realtors Bonnie Conte and Randee Nelson are at fault. An attempt to contact the Managing Broker was completely ignored. We would not recommend this team.
