A little over a month ago, I called Dawn Foreman to get our house on the market. My spouse and I were moving out of state and set to close on our new home in Texas on July 12th. Dawn made the process of listing our home easy and quick. She kept us informed throughout the process. Within a few days of hitting the market, we were under contract and set to close on July 31st. My husband and I were trying to buy my recently deceased grandmothers house. The house was in poor condition but had great potential.
