I went to an open house and encountered one of the realtors from this firm. She immediately proceeded to recommend I visit a different house that cost less than the listed one. She also told me she was not available to show it to me but we should go see it. I felt unwelcomed and judged. I will not and do not recommend anyone doing business with Keller W.

Rommel Ramos was unethical and did not tell me about certain deadlines also put my Earnest Money at 3k instead of 1k like we agreed on and when I tried pulling out of the deal after learning two weeks after that the sellers refused to give/ put in an access to the attic and told me about previous water damage but they didn’t disclose about leaks or water damage in the property disclosure.
