I wanted to share the unethical practices by an employed realtor at this firm: Yeleines Viera. After a verbal agreement was executed on a property, she went back on her word and agreement and proceeded to inform her mislead client on the egregious errors in proceeding with an open house. I would never recommend her as a listing agent, realtor, or advisor.
