My boyfriend now fiancé and I bought our first house and we just Keller Williams in Lakewood Ranch. We enjoyed the experience, we were well informed, and in constant communication. The staff is very friendly and nice. We worked with Kendal Williams and he is always in communication with you. I would recommend Keller Willams and Kendall to anyone looking to buy there home or even first time home buyers.

We recently purchased a house in Sarasota in the toughest market I have ever seen. Mark and Kim acted as our buyers agents and, without them, I doubt it could have happened at all. They helped us with every step of the process. Mark’s knowledge of the market and methodical approach to arriving at an effective offer price were remarkable. Kim moved heaven and earth to deal with any and all questions and issues. Through it all, they were cheerful and positive and made the experience so much easier.

Would recommend Kendell and Chris! They were very helpful during house searching and answering any questions we had. Was never pushy like other agent i worked with and was always thinking of our best interest. Will definitely work with them in the future again!
