I would not recommend working with Erica Rhodes. My experience with her was incredibly disappointing. She was unprofessional, unresponsive, and showed a clear lack of respect for our time and communication. Important details were mishandled or ignored altogether, and any attempt to address concerns was met with deflection or silence.
