Keller Williams might be a good broker but don’t do business with James Kirk (Realtor) at Keller Williams. He was the most unethical realtor I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. He lied time and time again about a property and wasted hours of my time to attempt to get a back up offer on a house Keller Williams had listed. Pros and cons of this place are as follows. Pros (and there’s a lot) 1.Precise/ concise training. You will learn how to explain your documents to your clients quickly. No other firm have I ever met that does this. It’s likely mandatory at KW. 2. Unlimited coffee. 3. Weekly Wednesday meetings that are so structured you are in and out in 60 minutes. 4. I would not recommend working with Erica Rhodes. My experience with her was incredibly disappointing. She was unprofessional, unresponsive, and showed a clear lack of respect for our time and communication. Important details were mishandled or ignored altogether, and any attempt to address concerns was met with deflection or silence.
