Very disrespectful and deceitful.
Very bad experience with Jennifer Wais, she was the selling agent for one of the properties my wife and I were interested in. We made an offer above asking price, were told by our agent four days later that the seller decided to pull the property off market. The property remained ’active’ on realtor and Zillow and was never taken off market. Malachi and Amanda are a top notch team, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result… our beautiful new home and the selling of our old home. It was a whirlwind of a process, but in the end, was a breeze because of these two. Malachi was always just a text or a call away, and Amanda, an email away. Thank you both!
Our realtor was Amato Polselli, and all I will say is we were unimpressed with the final result of our search. We ended up signing a questionable contract and ended up losing a significant amount of money on a new construction contract whom the developer was Hodge and Company LLC run by Blair Hodge. Prior to this, we did live in Minnesota and had a great realtor, so this experience compared to that was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Amato Polselli as a realtor.
