Return deposits from a canceled contract in a timely manner and communicate! They've had my deposit since 9/13 - contract canceled on 9/20 and it's now 10/10 and I just get 'your check is in the mail' . . . BTW, I checked my mailbox again tonight before reaching out to them again tonight - my email was responded to immediately, with "your check is in the mail!"
They are time wasters. and have no clue how to work properly. Ewa, Bill et all at the Pocono office.
RecommendedJessica Keller is the best Real Estate Agent/Broker I have EVER dealt with. She is on top of every transaction without delay, as well as being very thorough with all necessary paperwork, details, mortgage assistance, fast turnaround, and more. She is dedicated, energetic, and a very nice person to do business with. I highly recommend !!
Very bad experience at closing. Very demanding to sign paperwork. Did not show up for the walk through. Just wanted his check and laughed in my face. Demanding to talk. However, the only thing he could say was not my job. Talk to your realtor. Title company had to get hem to leave the room. He was unable to answer any question on the HOA other then ask your realtor. My list of issues with this group can keep going. I will just end with, I felt very bad for this seller for this realtor did him a great disservice.
I seem to be having a difficult time and communication well lack there of with my realtor from your company. He has not notified us for a showing, when it was requested 2 days earlier, I hear a knock on the door and they were here for a showing. The couple was very sweet and understanding just to give us a few extra min since we just finished dinner.
