We used Candance to buy a home. Also associated with Benchmark Realty. This was the worse experience me and my wife ever had. She was inconsistent with communicating with us, rude and spoke to us in a nasty tone. Why treat us that way? We were good clients. Later it was confirmed our home contract had multiple major errors.
