Charlie was so helpful and had great advice. Hes definitly the only Realtor to work with!
Don’t use these people if you get Carmen Smith. She is the worst agent!! She lies!! She is selling her own properties and then telling people what they can and can’t do, saying there is an HOA when there is none.
