I just purchased a condo through the listing agent Teresa Forte Greenberg. I must say I’ve never dealt with a more deceiving and untrusting person as Teresa. I was extremely concerned about the furnace and AC system since they were old and finally got her to agree to a home warranty policy which from what I understand is not worth the paper it’s on.
