James is always an amazing help. From being very swift to respond to our emails texts and calls, being able to curtail any criteria throughout our searches, as well as always being super pleasant and kind in person for showings.. truly cannot find a better agent for any and al of our needs! Have now used James twice for our moves and will be using him for any and all real estate needs moving forward as long as possible!!
Working with James has been such a smooth experience as he is by far the most courteous, flexible, and communicative agent I've ever dealt with. He is quick to respond to questions, personable, and reliable. Rental searching can be a frustrating process, but he has made it so much easier for my boyfriend and I! We're happy to be working with him again to find our next place!

Rental searching is HARD! and time consuming. Its refreshing to connect with someone who responds quickly & has a team that can suggest options you didn't consider. And is flexible/understanding of scheduling snafus. Great to work with; friendly; good insight into the current market & variety of options to offer. Highly recommend
James was amazing! He paid close attention to detail, was timely, and explained everything that we may need to know when renting the home!
