We were working with Mary Ann, who was in contact with another realtor and landlord, I believe Matthew Gorham, of a house for rent that we were extremely interested in. The house was listed as "move-in ready," and initial tour was through a disheveled and dirty house with missing fixtures and animal waste inside.
