Hardik Chiniwala is a terrible agent. Has a problem with me from years ago when I was buyer of one of the properties he was selling. Tried to rent another property he had for lease submitted (800 credit score) property was for 3300 said waiting on response for two days and then said another applicaant from two weeks ago was interested offered $3800 by my agent monthly rent so $6000 more over the total one year lease then asking and never even responded.
