One of the agents there, Chelsea Aleksich, lied to me about ownership of a property I was interested in. She told me it was handed from mother to daughter and in a family for years. She knew that was a lie because of public records. It makes you wonder how many other things she has lied about to get a property sold. I am pushing this to the state.
We had the blessing of working with Hector Q.! He was the most amazing, helpful, knowledgeable realtor. Hector was there for us every time we called with questions & concerns and got us to closing at a time that was good for us! He made us feel like we were his top priority with his busy schedule & was always a breath of fresh air every time he entered the room. I couldn’t have asked for anything better than what he has done with and for us.
Terrible real estate agency sold us a house unfurnished and on move in date there was tons of furniture and cleaning applicancss things were suppose to be there we had to pay movers 500 dollars just to bring the garbage they left beat up couches tables outside Irene was a terrible agent constantly lying to use the house needs tons on foundation work the real estate agent was very greedy with negotiations house was deemed not safe to move in and would barley give us a discount on the house terrible experience true con artist
