I scheduled a specific showing time for a property with Melissa King and was not informed in advance that the home would be shown like an open house to multiple parties simultaneously. Upon arrival, there was no available parking and it was not possible to properly view the property. Had this been disclosed beforehand, I would have declined the appointment. Frank Abate represented us for our home purchase, and we highly recommend him. He worked as a dual agent and did a lot of work in prepping the home for the seller, and he worked with everyone to ensure the deal was fair all around. He lives locally and is civic-minded, being involved in area events. A savvy agent and all-around good person who goes well above and beyond on your behalf.

I had a disappointing experience inquiring about an apartment with Frank Abate. He told me he was “too sick” to respond and asked for a couple of days to follow up, which I completely understood but after waiting nearly a week, he messaged saying the apartment was taken. Hard to understand how that happened if he wasn’t available to communicate. Very unprofessional and unreliable experience.
