I've had a really poor experience with my lease so far. Pests like roaches and wasps, little to no communication from the team (including maintenance requests going unanswered and unacknowledged for weeks), previous work crews leaving garbage behind and dropping nails in my parking space, loud construction sessions that start at 10pm and keep me up through midnight, and sometimes having my water shut off on me with no warning are just some of the things I am spending money to experience from this team. I lived with cock roaches the whole 13 months I lived there. Keller Williams knew when they rented to me that the whole 4 complexes all attached had an infestation next to my appartment. They had a personal guy come out and 'so call' treat, which never cleared up the problem. 2 other renters left and Keller Williams continued to rent it out and the Cock Roaches are still there.
