To tell you the truth, I am very disappointed in the Brunfelts. I rented a home that was not move in ready. I asked if I could do rent-to-own and he said yes. So me and my husband put down $15,000 into that house before moving in. Low and behold The Brunfelts SOLD the property behind my back and I was forced out. I only blame one person and that is the one I made the deal with. I have had to go to other realtors because I can't trust these guys like I did before. Ross Brunfelt is one of the BEST of the BEST. It was a pure pleasure to work with him on selling our home in Forest Lake and purchasing land to build. He was patient, really listened and was with us every step of the way. Even when things got a little weird at closing he kept his cool and gave us solid advice on how to move forward.
