I was interested in seeing a property and told Tom I was available the next two days. He completely blew me off untill later. He checked in once to verify I had contacted a lender but nothing about a viewing. He said it was because I did not have a pre-qualification yet, but I had an approval letter within 24 hors and could have put in an offer by the next day. Aperently he did not want to sell me a house.
Carter was great to work with! From start to finish they were knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect home!
They made buying a house from out of state manageable.
