I have bought and sold 10 homes and never had a experience like this. No walk throughs No open house No prep. I paid 165 dollars for pictures which was not the best and we had to retake some of them are selfs to improve the quality. So when we took it of the market instead of leaving the pictures on that I paid for and putting in the listing (Off the Market)and leaving the new pictures she took them off never seen that before.
