This review is about Mr. Bill Chan, a realtor& landlord in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Chan is obsessively rude. Mr. Chan does not respond to tenant repairs within required legal time frames. Whenever Mr. Chan is faced with tenant rights & laws and legal professionals, he retaliates by being rude and disrespectful.
