I did not feel that the realtor or this company was on our side. I think they are only there for their commissions and referrals.

I attempted to sign up for their Kscore program online and received no response. I then went in and spoke to a representative, and once I asked if I was required to use them as a broker, they said no, but their demeanor changed. Two weeks later and I still have not received any information on the program.
