Well got my lesson on that one. Used Keller/Williams of Carlisle to sale a property in Carlisle. They will sale the property. Just like any other realtor. They are 3% commission. AND THEN $800 for what the call a broker's FEE. What is the 3% for. You don't think the brokers is getting a big part of that?
