Had the displeasure of viewing an unsafe property presented by Sally Pullen. She is representing the sale of a property in Vail that features an extremely unsafe unmaintained road along the side of a cliff which almost took the life of my wife and I. It cost us $1,500 to have our four wheel drive truck towed from this road. Allen K. Yi is someone to avoid going through. Very judgmental and doesn’t communicate with you unless you reach out to him. Maybe other agents are better at communication. We were waiting for an answer from him on our application after he told us dogs are okay, he said the owner doesn’t like that we have a little dog.
