Had the displeasure of viewing an unsafe property presented by Sally Pullen. She is representing the sale of a property in Vail that features an extremely unsafe unmaintained road along the side of a cliff which almost took the life of my wife and I. It cost us $1,500 to have our four wheel drive truck towed from this road. There was no cell service either so we were unable to call for emergency services and stuck in shadeless desert heat for hours.
