I had a very frustrating experience with this group, but specifically with Michael Schiff. Pursued a rental after he told us it could be rented for an amount he later admitted the landlord never agreed to. After much negotiation, 11 days before move in, Mr.Schiff sent a lease with new terms and an additional $3500 fee. The one star is solely for the realtor being friendly. Unfortunately, the rest was a disappointment. The listing photos were highly misleading, making the property look far more decent than it really was. In reality, the appliances were old and in poor condition, the flooring was worn, and the overall state of the property was subpar. This kind of misrepresentation wastes people’s time and erodes trust.
