I had a very frustrating experience with this group, but specifically with Michael Schiff. Pursued a rental after he told us it could be rented for an amount he later admitted the landlord never agreed to. After much negotiation, 11 days before move in, Mr.Schiff sent a lease with new terms and an additional $3500 fee. His conduct was misleading and unprofessional, terms changed at the last minute and critical costs were hidden. The one star is solely for the realtor being friendly. Unfortunately, the rest was a disappointment. The listing photos were highly misleading, making the property look far more decent than it really was. In reality, the appliances were old and in poor condition, the flooring was worn, and the overall state of the property was subpar. This kind of misrepresentation wastes people’s time and erodes trust.

I had an apt at 139 Roseland Ave, Caldwell, NJ at 5:00pm. Sharon Bullock is the person I made the apt with. I drove 2.5hrs from Long Island, NY to see this location. At 4pm I had the foresight to text her to tell her I’m going to be there at 5:30pm and I asked her if that’s okay and she said it was fine. It’s now past 6pm and this agent is still not here.
