I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brokerage. As an unrepresented buyer, I requested the property disclosures because I was ready to inspect the property and submit an offer. Instead of simply providing the information, I was repeatedly told I needed to get my own agent. As a buyer who was ready, willing, and able to purchase, I felt dismissed from the start. Agents from this office will go out of their way to find your unlisted number and then solicit you in an attempt to buy the house you literally just purchased. Pretty creepy and uncalled for.
If you're looking to rent an apartment, I don't recommend this real estate firm. If you're looking for a brokerage firm that is deceptive and breaches personal information, then this is your chance to lose your time and money.
