Do not trust these guys. They advertise falsely and take tenants who are willing to pay the highest fees. Allan Zapadinski was the broker I dealt with. When I called him out for being unprofessional he accused me of trespassing during a showing and threatened to call my boss! These are people you are supposed to send your taxes and personal information too when ready to apply. I would never work with this firm and especially Allan. They never return my calls. I do love Jenny for helping me buy a home but I don’t like that I can’t get a hold of people now.
Beatriz Moitinho contacted me through street easy trying to show my apartment. I said, "fine". I responded to an email she sent, and she didn't like my response, said, "you're a little ray of sunshine, aren't you?" Are you kidding me right now. Check yourself. AVOID. Psycho, unprofessional, will turn on you like a rabid dog if you're not "chatty". Whoah.
