Horrible representation by Justin in selling our home. Basically wanted to list it and then do nothing. After specifically being told that we weren’t doing something, he slipped it in the contract anyway. I would do a FSBO before i ever worked with them again.
Deb Youngbluth was amazing! Took care of us from start to after finish and was super responsive. She took calls on weekends and evenings to make sure we knew what was going on and weren’t worried. We can’t say enough about how wonderful she was.
Started off well.. when the property didn’t sell immediately Justin seemed to lose interest. Upon selling, we specifically said that we weren’t paying any closing costs. We still got stuck with $1700 in closing.. if I had it to do over again, I would have chosen a different brokerage.
