An ethical real estate company. Our agent showed us multiple homes within our budget, but interest rates are not helping us purchase.
Won't go in to to details, but I lost $4000 due to information not disclosed when I put down my Deposit/Due diligence-whatever you want to call it by the sellers side. I may not have gone along with the purchase had I been given all the facts in the 1st place. Be aware when you see purchase "as is" because that's all I was told after the fact. Very disappointed and may still legally try to recover my losses.
