Our review is more for a realtor at Keller Williams Legacy. Franklin “Ikaika” Lum was our realtor during our home search for a very short time. Franklin was not as engaged and understanding of our needs and we ended up finding our own house with a new builder as he didn’t bring us any houses . However, we honored our agreement and he was paid his commission.
