My mom lost her husband after signing a contact with Scott Smalls to sell her home. After he passed he took advantage of her situation. She is 78 years old and is mourning her husband. He continued to show the house and took an offer just to make her believe she could pack up. After a week of packing he tells her the house could not be sold ( of course not it needed to go thru probate ) and instead of giving her advise he accepts an offer having my mom cross her deceased husband name off of the offer letter. I’ve had horrible experience here. Do not recommend. Felt very discriminated and disrespected. This person Jackie Oldbury a Realtor. Called my daughter to tell her she was coming to talk to me. But she didn't talk to me. She fully discriminated me. She talked to my daughter. She put my daughter in this mess without my consent. And she told my daughters, that they were each going to receive 10,000 dollars if we sell the house.I'm in the process of a divorce right now.
