I am in the process of purchasing a house listed by an agent, named Drew Neubauer, working for this company. During our visit to the home, the listing agent said it is not in the flood zone, only the tip of the yard. But per FEMA records it is in the flood zone, marked as AE. Now mortgage company requires insurance coverage with a $8900 annual premium. I dont think i can pay this premium and I have already spent couple thousands already for inspections because they had told me it was not in the flood zone. I will update this... read more
