Christine Lee met with us and valued our hone at far less than an independent appraiser we had hired. Neither she nor any of her agents ever came near the house as far as we knew. The agents who did show the house were from other agencies. May be good for the higher income housing but certainly not for an average home in Mandarin. We sold the home ourselves and got what we were asking.
This lady tried to steal our house from us during the recession 2010, we came to her looking for her to help us list our house but instead she tried to say our house was worth less than it was and I told my dad not to respond to her calls, turned out... she had her staff keep calling us, they left messages and we found out she was trying to buy our house from us just like I told my dad even though she was acting as if she would be our realtor. Beware - calls up with her phony marketing script to FSBO's. Really Ms. Lee, we are not that stupid. If I were so inclined to hire a realtor, which I don't need to do, you wouldn't be the one.
