Your realtor Chris Armstrong has apparently taken it upon himself to go onto my Facebook page to comment on a post that was made to swear at people and call people names. Definitely not becoming of somebody who is supposed to be a professional or of a real estate agency that is supposed to be professional. I would never recommend a company that allows its people to be that out of control.
I would just like to say that our realtor Lisa Ash was awesome, she helped us on our journey to down size and retire. She literally had to fight for us and she did. We had many issues with the buyers realtor not responding to our realtors texts or phone calls, very irritating when you're trying to get things settled and moved forward. Buyers realtor was to busy to do her job properly. Buyers wanted to come to measure for carpet, was told that an administrator would be there, leave the door open or give garage code. Though others may have given Benjamin Wilkes a 5 star review, I highly disagree. If I could give him anything below a 1 star, I would because that is all that he deserves. Our experience with realtor Benjamin Wilkes and his seller John Bergman was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We did everything we were supposed to — we followed up, stayed professional, and gave them ample time to respond. Yet they ignored the standard 48-hour response window completely in addition to another 12+ hours beyond that. When our realto... read more
