They were the buyer agent for Truehold (sale with leaseback) and they reneged on a purchase agreement in title commitment less than 2 weeks before closing due to “making a mistake in underwriting” (apparently someone forgot that property tax rates are different for owner occupied versus investment properties).
I would give her a zero star but there is no option for that! Jennifer Hicks runs an unprofessional practice.
I am a disabled Veteran and paid the $500 fee , but the house didn't pass the inspection and Eric Forney hasn't returned the money and won't accept any phone calls. Do not use this realtor!
I definitely wouldn't recommend using Keller Williams. Jennifer Hicks is beyond incompetent and will lie when the truth is actually better. Terrible experience!
