I had a closing on 3/14/22 on the house that I bought. Shane underwood was the closing realtor. My realtor could not make it due to her baby being sick. I have done too many real estate closings to remember. This was the worst experience in my entire life. Primarily due to the behavior of Underwood. I had 3 very specific questions for the seller.
