Their agent, December Paw, uses outdated records (nearly 10 years old), addressing cards to people who have been deceased for nearly as long, to try to get new business leads. If their real estate agents aren’t capable of finding up-to-date property ownership records (public record, easily searchable), then are they really capable of doing the important task of helping you buy or sell your home?
