DO NOT use this brokerage unless you want to be ripped off. I gave my listing to Dakota and he kept his word for about a week. He made a deal to give away my profit on the sale of my house to the buyers after I had to mark my house down $40,000 just to sell. He told the buyers that I was offering $9000 in closing and then contacted me and said nothing about that. This agency has proven to be VERY unprofessional & immoral. One agent, in particular, was terribly dishonest & manipulative in our negotiations to purchase a half million dollar property. He also did not serve his client well. We WILL be reaching out to Keller Williams upper management with a formal complaint. We have purchased many properties around the country and in this area. This has been the worst experience by far! Would not recommend!
