Gordon used to be good but he has definitely changed. He is totally disorganized, can't even keep track of appointments, takes you on a runaway train course with actions not even discussed with seller. Sold us from under the rug because he refused to recognize housing increases due to COVID in the Fall of 2020.

Would NOT recommend - especially for first time home buyers.
Proceed with caution when working with this realtor and his team as he does not follow ethical practices when negotiating home sales! It is extremely unethical to accept the best offer on a home as the selling agent only to cut commission so that the best offer stays within their realtor team. It's a dual agent sale and this is what was done to me which in my opinion shows this realtor and his team’s poor character and lack of ethical practices. There are plenty of other trustworthy and honest realtors in NJ to choose from!
