I normally do not leave reviews like this, but after watching what my sister and her husband went through during their home purchase, people deserve to know before trusting Keller Williams Frisco with something this important. I stayed there through the entire situation and watched the stress completely destroy them emotionally. Update! Absolutely awful customer service. Spoke with Howard Rose III twice and both times he promised to call me back, and he never did. Kym Loyd who was our agent, was also extremely dishonest, as she did not disclose extremely strong pet odor that was present in one of our rental homes for over four months until it was brought to my attention by the new tenant. The amount of financial loss Kym and her unethical broker(s) cost us, is staggering. They never made any attempts in resolving this matter and this cannot be swept... read more
Awful experience. Seller withheld information about the house. Vince ( agent) did not hold up to his word. I am a first time home buyer, I would not recommend this place nor will I be working with them ever again.
