I wish I could give less than one star. We purchased a house and were to take possession approx. 6 weeks after closing to give the previous owner time to clear his things. At the time we offered more time, if needed. All anyone needed was contact and ask. It was never asked for. We tried to contact the agent multiple times to make sure this date was good as we wanted to schedule cleaners/transfer of utilities/internet. Dishonest, unfair realtors. I worked with Landon, and he was being helped by another realtor. Landon was unprofessional and made for a long, mishandled offer process. After we had come to an agreement from negotiation, I find that Landon and KW snuck in different terms than previously agreed upon. I had to back out last minute after finding this out. I suggest you find yourself another realtor.
