I don’t recommend Brandy Gilmer! She is an horrible realtor, My daughter had her while looking for a home. She was horrible at communicating, and she was showing her houses she didn’t even like. After telling her so many times what house she was looking for. Glad she switched to a different realtor.

Tommy McHale was my agent and he is by far the best agent around. He was very responsive, got me a great lender and negotiated a deal that got us a sales price 35k under list price. He's amazing and everyone should use him. Trust me on this!! Call the office for his personal cell number.
