Beware of michel bradly, slow, GREEDY, my closing, the numbers were wrong and we waited for a few hours for the three geniuses to call Sanilac county assessors office 4 times to get the same answers every time they called. Her conduct was unprofessional sending me a THINKING OF YOU CARD on the day I closed on my other home. Hey michele, there are a few reasons I didn't want to work with you. A big one is you are Greedy. Not thinking of you!

I don’t recommend Brandy Gilmer! She is an horrible realtor, My daughter had her while looking for a home. She was horrible at communicating, and she was showing her houses she didn’t even like. After telling her so many times what house she was looking for. Glad she switched to a different realtor.
