Just had a listing agent ignore the repeated requests of the closing attorney for closing information causing a week delay in the agreed closing date. My buyers agent had been working over several days to try to save the date, but the listing agent ignored her requests just like he ignored the closing attorney's request for information. Horrible service. Every time we needed something from the seller it took a minimum of three days to get any reply.
