Team Hogue are a husband and wife team and they are incredibly unprofessional. Extremely unethical people who mislead their clients. Mrs. Hogue is a bully to other agents and made false statements to pressure sellers to make unnecessary repairs even when they had well exceeded the cap. I question the ethics of the broker when the agents are getting away with this. Shameful, absolutely shameful.
Applied for a property that stated they were looking for a 12 month lease and got a call from Steven Koran that they are looking for 2 years so I asked for my application fee back since the REQUIREMENTS WAS A 12 MONTH LEASE I was told I couldn’t receive it. Very misleading and I see why they have no property available! Thanks Steven Koran
I can’t rave enough at how awesome our team was. Leia and Kenny nailed it. They were personable, great listeners, and super quick with responses to any and all questions we had! & trust me, there were A LOT of questions as first time home buyers. 😅 We walked in our (now house) loved everything about it, did not feel rushed by Leia or Kenny, but encouraged! I reported a problem to the broker Claire Campbell about a shady deal one of her agents did and was fluffed off and told "oh I'm sure you will sell it" Shaan Khullar approached me about purchasing a property for cash and a 14 day closing and I agreed. He sent over the contract through docusign and we signed it. After several days I asked the closing attorney if they had received it and they had not.
