I bought a house 5 years ago. It was my first home, first experience dealing with anything involving a house. My first agent left me and gave me a new agent which made me feel unworthy and unappreciated. My second agent was the one who helped me get my house. I come to find out the pervious owner never paid any of their bills, so I got stuck with a $800 sewer bill and a $300 water bill. I thought that was the point of getting an agent? His name is Zach,he abandoned our properties and left us high and dry,terrible customer service. Very rude and unprofessional.Will tell you what you want to hear and will do nothing.Lists your property on mls and that’s it.STAY AWAY PEOPLE.BAD BAD BUSINESS! He deserves a 0 star.

I referred my father in law to Blaise from a networking group to help sell his home. My father in law cancelled the contract the first week with Blaise. Blaise forgot to market the open house , and when he showed up for the open house he brought pamphlets for the wrong home. Vey disorganized and of course my father in law was quite displeased with the level of service and attention to detail.
