Very upset and disgusted with the listing agent, Kerry Englet. She represented her family member in a listing that I purchased the home. There have been very subpar repairs by the previous owner. He attested to not knowing about water damage, where he just painted over a few times, which it has now bled back through, 4 months after I bought my home.
